‣ Kami menerima pesanan desain untuk berbagai keperluan (logo angkatan, organisasi, acara, dll). We accept design requests for various purposes (class/organization logos, events, etc.).‣ VREIN TIDAK menerima permintaan desain untuk keperluan tugas sekolah/kuliah (pengambilan nilai). VREIN DOES NOT accept design requests for school/college assignments (grading purposes).‣ Materi Foto disediakan oleh Klien. Jika foto dicarikan oleh kami, terdapat biaya tambahan Rp1.000,- per foto. Photo assets are provided by the Client. If we provide the photos, an additional fee of $1 per photo will apply.DILARANG menggunakan foto dari konten berbayar atau hasil karya fansite. STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use photos from paid content or fansite works.‣ Penggunaan materi berhak cipta (seperti karakter Sanrio, Disney, font premium, atau elemen desain lainnya) untuk keperluan komersial tidak diperbolehkan tanpa izin resmi dari pemegang hak cipta/lisensi yang sah. The use of copyrighted materials (such as Sanrio, Disney, premium fonts, or other protected design elements) for commercial purposes is not permitted without official permission from the copyright holder or a valid license.・・・・・‣ Mohon berikan informasi detail mengenai konsep yang diinginkan. Anda sangat disarankan menyertakan Referensi Desain.
Please provide detailed information regarding the desired concept. You are highly encouraged to include Design References.‣ Maksimal 5x Revisi Minor. Maximum of 5x Minor Revisions.‣ Perubahan konsep secara menyeluruh (rombak total) setelah desain dalam proses pengerjaan atau telah selesai, akan dianggap sebagai Pesanan Baru dan dikenakan biaya penuh (100%) atau biaya tambahan sesuai kesepakatan. A total concept overhaul (major redesign) after the work has started or finished will be treated as a New Order and will incur a full charge (100%) or an additional fee based on the agreement.‣ Estimasi pengerjaan berkisar antara 3 - 7 hari kerja (tergantung antrean dan tingkat kesulitan). Estimated turnaround time: 3 - 7 business days (depending on the queue and complexity).‣ Pengerjaan dihitung sejak DP diterima dan Brief lengkap dikirimkan, bukan sejak chat pertama. The timeline begins once the DP is received and the full brief is submitted, not from the initial chat.・・・・・‣ Down Payment (DP) 50% di awal sebagai tanda jadi. 50% Down Payment (DP) upfront to secure the slot.‣ Jika pesanan dibatalkan oleh klien setelah DP dibayarkan dan proses desain telah dimulai, maka DP dianggap hangus (non-refundable) sebagai biaya kompensasi waktu pengerjaan. If the order is canceled by the client after the DP is paid and the design process has started, the DP is considered non-refundable as compensation for the work time.‣ Pelunasan dilakukan setelah desain final disetujui. Final payment is made after the final design is approved.‣ Klien diharapkan memberikan respon/feedback dalam waktu maksimal 3 hari. Jika dalam 7 hari tidak ada kabar tanpa konfirmasi sebelumnya, proyek akan dianggap Selesai/Final dan pelunasan wajib dilakukan. Clients are expected to provide a response/feedback within a maximum of 3 days. If there is no response within 7 days without prior notice, the project will be considered Completed/Final and full payment is mandatory.‣ Metode Pembayaran melalui QRIS (mendukung semua E-Wallet & Mobile Banking). Payment method via QRIS or Paypal.・・・・・‣ Hasil desain akan diberikan dalam format High-Quality JPG/PNG (Transparan) atau PDF (Jika diperlukan). Final designs will be provided in High-Quality JPG/PNG (Transparent) or PDF (If needed).‣ Hasil desain akan diberikan melalui GDrive Final designs will be delivered via GDrive.‣ Jika membutuhkan File Master/Mentah (.PSD untuk Photoshop atau .IPV untuk Ibis Paint), akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar 50% dari total harga desain. If you require Master/Source Files (.PSD for Photoshop or .IPV for Ibis Paint), an additional fee of 50% of the total design price will apply.・・・・・‣ Seluruh hasil desain akan dipublikasikan ke media sosial VREIN. Jika Anda keberatan hasil desain dipublikasikan, mohon segera mengonfirmasi kepada kami. All design results will be published on VREIN’s social media. If you object to the publication, please notify us immediately.‣ DILARANG KERAS melakukan plagiarisme terhadap hasil desain/edit/gambar karya VREIN untuk tujuan apa pun. STRICTLY PROHIBITED to plagiarize any edits/designs/images created by VREIN for any purpose.‣ Jika ingin melakukan re-make untuk tujuan belajar, wajib meminta izin melalui DM terlebih dahulu. Before ordering, please make sure you have checked the latest price list and fully agree with VREIN’s Terms and Conditions (especially regarding the Heart/Bloom categories and revision limits).‣ Gunakan format order yang sudah disediakan. Semakin detail penjelasanmu, semakin maksimal hasil desainnya. Use the provided order format. The more detailed your description (concept, color palette, references), the better the final result will be.
